Your wine can be kept in optimum condition and fresh for longer, as it slows the oxidisation process. The cork remains in place and oxygen is removed from the bottle. The Wine Keeper will draw wine through the cork but without having to remove the cork. The non-coring needle means it will pierce the cork with no cork being displaced into the bottle. Once your wine is poured, you can press the button to remove the air from the bottle. After removing the Wine Keeper, the cork will expand back to its normal shape. Place one of the included bottle caps on top of the bottle for extra protection.. The wine can then be reused whenever you want up to a period of around 5 weeks by continuing to use the Wine Keeper.
